Other vacuums use filters or bags that clog and lose suction. Infinity uses 24 cyclones that never clog and never lose suction.

The problem is that after minimal usage, other vacuum cleaners can lose up to 50% of their suction power. Instead of a cyclonic dirt separation chamber, those vacuums use filter media that can become clogged over time and still need to be replaced. Consumers who have these vacuums eventually experience loss of suction over time. There has been no way to avoid this until now.

This piece of crap cost me 200 bucks. I bought it at the end of January and it's been out of commission twice. Once, it overheated and the motor just stopped, but working only after the motor was completely cooled down. The second problem was the belt that controls the brush snapped and the clip that holds that in place flung off. I ordered and had to pay for those parts because the warranty only covers the motor. Cleaning the cyclones are a hassle! There are too many removable parts that it's like putting together a jigsaw puzzle!
The customer service reps do not speak English! PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANY SHARK PRODUCTS FOR THAT MATTER!
