I went to my neighbors house to make this video cause she has more carpeting then I do. Also a long staircase was great for demoing the long reach hose. Its a very nice cleaner. It works great for vacuuming all pile rugs and and bare floors but on bare floors it has a hard time picking up rocks. This machine unlike Jacks does have the clutch so it uses a thinner helix brush. It works good for pulling up the nap on a low pile rug. I just cleaned the cylones by disassembling htem and wiped them down with fabric softner to keep the static down on the inside. When I cleaned her house I dumped out the dirt container 3 times all of the times completly up to the full line. Its a awesome cleaner exspecially if yo have pets.
